Boca West Children’s Foundation – Fundraising Event Invitation
For the Boca West Children’s Foundation, I designed a colorful, engaging tri-fold invitation to promote their annual fundraising series: the 7th Annual Golf Challenge, Gala Cocktail Party, and Battle of the Bands II.
My goal was to create a piece that not only communicated the event details clearly but also conveyed the warmth, energy, and community spirit behind the foundation’s mission. I incorporated bold, color-coded sections to differentiate each event while maintaining a unified look across the entire piece. Photography of children, performers, and past events brought a personal, emotional connection to the cause.
The inside panels were structured for clarity—sponsorship packages, individual ticket options, and schedules are presented in an easy-to-navigate format. The combination of vibrant colors, clear hierarchy, and strategic typography ensures this invitation stands out while staying true to the foundation’s brand and purpose.
