Most of us know intuitively, that as important as it is to serve others with excellence, it’s equally important to practice self-care.
For some, this means a little pampering, like a massage periodically. For others, it’s time at the gym, clothes shopping, car shopping and the like. For me, it includes martinis with good friends, and my mom, on a weekly basis.
